Sharing my art is… fine if you credit me with links, preferably to this page directly or my Tumblr/Dreamwidth acc, but I’d rather you not download at all. And NO Pinterest, people love calling Pinterest a source more than anything and it’s so annoying.
Though, uh, if you’d want to download an image I’ve made, it would be greatly appreciated to add credit in the metadata (if not for me, then for future you!). For example, Apple Photos has a little [!] button that lets you add a caption (+ title and keywords on desktop), which automatically turns links into hyperlinks on mobile. Credit is nice generally, but to me, it also feels like another little step towards reconnecting people to creations in the fight against the “content-ification” of everything.
